Function

The smart pressure transmitter uses a high-precision sensing chip to acquire static pressure of liquids, gases and steam in real time, converting it into standard 4-20mA, HART or RS485 output. A built-in LCD shows real-time pressure and range parameters, with remote parameter adjustment, connecting directly to automation systems for real-time pressure monitoring, interlock alarm and smart control.

Features & Advantages

High accuracy, fast response, EMC immunity and stable long-term operation, with user-calibrated zero and span. Waterproof, explosion-proof, corrosion-resistant, pressure-resistant and wide-temperature-tolerant, virtually maintenance-free. Ex certified, compliant with global standards, with stable delivery and full export documentation and project support.

Applications & Industries

Fits chemicals, oil & gas, power, new energy, municipal water, environmental, pharma and metallurgy — a mainstream core instrument for overseas industrial automation, turnkey projects and smart factories.

Models & Options

Full range from micro to high pressure; diffused-silicon and monocrystalline-silicon high-precision versions; threaded, flange and diaphragm anti-corrosion mounting; explosion-proof, anti-corrosion and high-temp/pressure options; compatible with overseas protocols; OEM export.
