- Installation
- Clamp-on, insertion, in-line flange; no pipe cutting, under pressure
Function
The transit-time ultrasonic flow meter measures fluid flow non-invasively using the ultrasonic time-difference principle, metering both conductive and non-conductive liquids. It monitors instantaneous flow, total flow and pipe velocity in real time, with bi-directional metering and data logging. Standard pulse and 4-20mA outputs, with optional RS485, connect to factory automation systems for remote monitoring and networking.
Features & Advantages
Its key advantage is clamp-on installation with no pipe cutting and no shutdown, under pressure — zero pressure loss and no in-pipe parts, completely eliminating clogging and wear with almost no maintenance. Extremely wide turndown suits high and low velocities, with strong stability and anti-interference. Compliant with multiple national standards, with flexible delivery including small trial orders and full overseas project supply.
Applications & Industries
Suitable for tap water, wastewater, industrial circulating water, crude oil, organic solvents and glycol. Widely used in HVAC, municipal water, oil & gas, environmental projects and industrial energy-saving retrofits across domestic and overseas projects.
Models & Options
Covers DN15–DN6000 super-large bores in clamp-on, in-line and insertion structures; compatible with carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC and FRP pipes; ambient and high-temperature versions; explosion-proof models; overseas flange conversion and OEM service.
