Function

Based on the Karman vortex street principle, the smart vortex flow meter meters liquids, gases and steam in one device with strong versatility. A built-in HD LCD shows instantaneous flow, total and velocity, and an optional integrated temperature-pressure compensation module automatically converts to standard-condition flow for higher accuracy. 4-20mA and pulse outputs with HART and RS485 connect directly to layered automation systems.

Features & Advantages

No moving parts inside the pipe means wear resistance, no zero drift, long-term stability and very low maintenance cost. An anti-vibration sensing structure resists pipe vibration, with accuracy up to ±0.5%–±1.0% and a turndown up to 1:15. Full stainless steel construction resists corrosion and high temperature/pressure for complex conditions, with export certification meeting global tender standards.
